High Environmental Value’ certification (HVE3)
The level 3 HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale, in French) certification sets
out obligations in terms of biodiversity, reduced use of pesticides and
fertilizers as well as water management. This HVE3 certification therefore
indicates our commitment to using environmentally friendly products and
production processes, allowing us to affix on our Champagne bottles the label
“from a wine estate of high environmental value’’ (« issu d’une exploitation
de haute valeur environnementale », in French).
